seeking mugg parts removal tips?

hello
im planning on making a very unique and never before done custom soon
but before i even attempt it i'd like to see what im getting into

so i need to know how you remove a mugg head
the mugg arms
and doc ock tentacles
also how to cut the tentacles so i can use them in the custom?

im planning on making a King Ghidorah, the three headed gold space dragon who is a nemesis of godzilla

i plan on removing the mugg head from dock ock
removing the arms
removing tentacles and cutting them at the base to use for the necks

sculpting/foaming the wings into the old mugg arm socket
fill the head hole with the three tentracles and aves to plug it up, then sculpt the three heads
sculpt the tail as a counter weight
whatcha think?
tips thoughts? anything?

There should be quite a few threads already on here with instructions. Also there's a youtube video out there somewhere also. There's 2 methods, screwdriver up the crotch or boiling the mugg. Just do a search you'll find it.

i found out some tips on how to take a part a mugg
which is probably best
but what about cutting dock ock arms? just saw em off?

Hot knife, that's what I use.

welll i dont have a hot knife
unless i heat one up, but that wouldnt work so well haha

i do have a saw i could use, like a hand saw
could i take apart the dock ock back pack and pick out the mugg tentacles without cutting them?
i looked for a thread on this and didnt find it

I tried hot knife (heating up a knife) to cut boba fett's jetpack..
I'm just not sure if it will work for doc since I haven't really inspect the details of the tentacles.

I have knife you plug in the electical outlet. Its very handly. Hey Nico where you able to get back pack off boba? I have a few of him and jango I would like to get off backpack on a few. I thought of boiling him then trying to get it off.

im doing him to go along with the godzilla mugg themonsterkrebs did for me
he never posted it thats why you've never seen it
