Someone can say me what can i do if when i put the lac to cover my custom mugg after the paint they make bubbles that start like removing the paint, i think this occur because the sun heat to much the mugg when i put the lac but know what can i do to remove this bubbles without damaging the mugg.

try to get some Valspar brand matte clearcoat....i dont' think its a lacquer, and that might be your problem. heat can also make the paint lay awkwardly so that could be it as well...or even humidity, but i think either a) you didn't let the paint dry enough or b) the weather, paint is not favorable.

sucks to hear your paint job got messed up >.<

the lac was to stong and started eating through your paint not much to do but let it dry and sand down the messed parts and try again using what chris said

This happens to me also with Krylon Matte Finish. I think it happens when I put to much on the mugg or when the bottle is running low... It is very annoying

Rocket boy is right, too much in one spot will make your paint wrinkle or bubble. Spray on in light coats and hold the can at least 6-12" away from your mugg when you apply the coat.

As far as your bubble situation, it's best to either sand it down or start over :(
