Hi there, this might be the wrong place to put this so if it needs moved, please feel free to do so mods :)
Here's my situation: I bought a Neca Alien action figure based off the movie Alien at a local store. Upon opening it I moved its arms and legs (which had visible articulation joints) and the knee down on one leg and an entire arm broke off. Now, I'd usually just take it right back to the store I got it however, I did not have the time to at the moment and was without a receipt. The question at hand now is: does Neca have any kind of replacement thing for this type of situation seeing as all I tried to do was pose my figure and it broke right there in my hands?
