Ordered two Muggs from PGT about a week ago. No issues with the order process itself and shipping was quick. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was damaged and has some pretty obvious marks on it. From the looks of it, I wouldn't say the damage was done during shipping.
I wonder if their "no questions asked" return policy covers that as a reason.
I'll likely order from this store again, but it was a little frustrating to receive one perfectly good Mugg box and one with obvious damage, in the same order.

I like Past Generation Toys prices. Once I have enough money to spend, I'll definately check their site out for purchases.

Well, can't say anything bad about that kind of service! :)
I am in touch with Josh and he has my gratitude for the willingness to work through this issue with me.

Hey All-
Although this is a business we sell toys because we enjoy it. I am also a collector and I know what it's like to bust open a package, excited about an item, only to find it's damaged... it disappointing and a pain to deal with. We grew to a size that we now use a fulfillment center for the majority of our orders. They do a great job but things do slip by (thats what happened to EFisher).
As for the prices, we are going through a "weeding out" process of items that will be considered "Closeouts and Overstocks" and some Muggs are in the mix. This list is growing by the day and I added two or three Muggs today. Example, we have over 30 if the Cartoon Mighty Muggs.

With the event of all new Muggs only being released at TRU we will be going back to Hasbro and picking up older assortments so if you are in need of specific Muggs please let us know!
Thanks! Josh

Clearance eh? Very interesting.
So I am interested in buying a couple things from them but has anyone else had packaging issues like EFisher? I don't want to deal with the hassle of receiving or returning a Mighty Mugg that has some roughed up packaging.

I can tell you that what happened with EFisher's order is a rare occurrence, but lets see what others may have to say. Thanks

As an addition to the comments I've made about this vendor already, I would like to point out that Josh went above and beyond any expectations I had to make things right with my order. I believe him when he says that it was an isolated incident and plan to continue to order from PGT.
Thanks again, Josh. :)

^^^I wish i woulda bought a Ghost rider (so i can make myself with the spikey hair, instead of having to sculpt it) and an iron man instead of the 2 dookus i ordered :( i didnt see the price of those when i bought mine. Grr
ANYWAYS. Got my shipment today, ordered them on sunday, todays wednesday, so pretty quick delivery. However the shipping place is only about 45 minutes from where I live i noticed on the boxs return address (i expected them to come from virginia for some reason hehe). Anyways, if you're a freak for having mint boxes, I would recommend walmart because some of my boxes did come a little dirty and dinged. But i'm using them for customizing anyways, so I really dont care !
Anyways, thanks !
(I wonder if i can return these to TRU for a profit :P)
Heh, I have never had good Muggperiences with Walmart. I will probably hit up PGT when I get some more money.

Received Emperor and Anakin today from them. Great condition, pretty fast shipping and processing. Both muggs were in great condition, only one little problem with the Anakin box, but it looks like it was on hasbro's end since its the inside packing.

I have used PGT several times with great results..Bought loads of Muggs shipping was superfast and all my boxes arrived in great shape.. I just wish they had more... Actually in the process of getting some Mini Busts from them....Thats the true test of shipping (statues). Overall I would say they are the best American site I have used.
I got my busts which were fine but not the three muggs I also ordered....said they shipped the muggs from Virginia to florida where they were combined with the busts....Someone at customs I guess is enjoying his Muggs. Have an order in progress I will see what happens but no more for me...

well, got some replies, took a while. they claimed they never got my first email which I sent on their very own site. I didn't place an order when I first sent the email, so I am thinking it is because of that. I guess they only want to see the order number in the title of the emails, go figure. he wouldn't match price, so as price goes, it's meh to me. Not all that cheap. I am still waiting on my order, so we'll see how long it takes and what condition they are in.
*Update - Got my packaged. All the boxes are in bad shape. Terrible packaging. I don't know what happened here, but I am not too please. No air bubble wraps, just a bunch of paper to fill the empty space in the box. I think I'm done ordering from this site. Best of luck to any of the rest who order from here.

How often do they restock?

I had a bad experience with them in my first (and only) order, but didn't call and complain. My Fertility Idol box was quite damaged, and it wasn't shipping damage as the shipping box was just fine. I probably should have made a phone call and asked about it, and since I didn't I feel a little ambivalent about posting this at all. Still, that was my one experience with them and it definitely colored whether or not I will order again from them.
I do know that if you do contact them, and aren't satisfied with your purchase, they will do everything they can in order to make it right...also remember they have a fulfillment center in FL, so sometimes the owner of PGT will not know the condition of the item was bad if it was shipped from there instead of from VA...

I figured as much Clone. I think I will delete my prior post because in retrospect it is just kinda whiny, and as you said, had I called I am sure they'd have tried to make it right. No need for whining if I wasn't willing to do anything about it! :)

well I contacted them, and nothing yet. Until something happens, I'm leaving my post as is. I don't blame the owner, but something happened.
well, still no responses from these people. I now, highly do not recommend these guys at all. Fulfillment center my ass.

I guess I spoke too soon about not having any issues.... Ordered several busts and 3 Muggs he said they were shipped together the box I received only had the busts and a packing sheet that only had busts on it. He said Muggs were shipped from Virginia to Florida(where busts came from) then all sent together. All I know is he has my money someone has my Muggs and I got nothing... Unfortunately I had to re-order Capt America from him cause I could not find him anywhere else,,, But I am getting SDCC Optimus and Wolverine somewhere else. So never again for me .... He was good at emailing me back I will give him that but his custom service is a bit lacking.

Sorry to hear that. I think the efisher guy was a plant. I had to email him twice to get a response, so never again. Big bad toys is a lot better than this company.
