I think the only older Muggs I'm missing would be Yoda and Bobba Fett. So far Muggs have been fairly easy to find. Though it may be a bit hard to get Punisher as I have no TRUs around me.

All I can say is I'm missing A LOT. I only have 3 muggs and I passed on a lot of good ones. In fact I could have gotten the Shadow Trooper for only 20 bucks at a local expo, but passed. I also passed on some of the early waves. WHAT WAS I THINKING??????
