"Sometimes, a marketing promotion becomes so popular that it gains a life of its own. This has proved to be the case for Street Fighter IV. At the 2008 Tokyo Game Show, producer Yoshinori Ono revealed that the promotional clips have been such a success that a full-length version of the anime is now in production.

According to Ono, the feature-length anime is scheduled to run around 50 to 60 minutes, despite cuts in the script to shorten its length. While the anime is long enough to sell as a product of its own, Ono instead plans to tie its release with Street Fighter IV, though details haven't been decided as of yet."

its better than you think it would be, but on 360 the achievements are glitched. i did EVERY fatality, no achievement... street fighter will be better though

SF all the way - definitely a great arcade cab to get if you can afford it. Personally, i'd love to have all the Time Crisis games. Love those.

But ya, as for disappointment, nothing beats Farcry 2. Wow, what a pile of absolute crap. I wonder how much i can get for it now if i trade/sell back to Gamestop. What? like 50 cents?

This is what you need to truly play any SF with a D-Pad. Also the D-Pad controller mod is easy to do and works like a charm now. :D

Wii should be getting Marvel vs. Capcom 3 when that comes out (more than likely after SFIV hype dies down a bit). But I know what yoou mean MoonKnight, I have a Wii and am seriously wishing I could get me some Capcom fighting action on it!! Come on Capcom maybe a new Darkstalkers?! I mainly play Balrog and most of the games they always spam something. Some players have no technique and have the same routine, ie: jump, sweep, fireball, repeat.

I just picked up the street fighter 4 fight stick and I have to say if you ever see one pick it up. It is light years better than the ds3, makes the game so much better. It's deff a must have and I am really impressed with the quality, madcatz deserves a pat on the back.

I read online that there is another shipment of Street Fighter Apparal coming in April. Apparently they didnt make enough and are working on getting more out. But the Fightpad makes a world of difference, Its really nice.

GameFly just sent me Street Fighter 4! It's pretty good although the jumping, for me, feels a bit off. Much shorter. But it's another great Street Fighter game.

Oh man, two weeks, unlocked every character (my sibling defeated Seth with Dhalsim for me). I just need Gouken! So you have to play as Akuma: 1 Perfect, 3 Revenge/Ultra move, 5 first hits, and not lose a single life.

And again Seth or Cheapo-McCheapster. I nearly beaten him today but of course he comes back like a Zombie.

At least I'm glad that I got SF4 from Gamefly and I'm sending the game back. I swear Seth pretty much messes SF4 up. Like a Blockbuster movie with a cheap ending.

I'll eventually buy the game...........once it drops to $20 or $30.

I got the game as a present since I love SF. I've been playing it a lot, its tons of fun but yes-- Seth is just annoying. You can crack his skull the first round easily but then he comes back and barely lets you touch him. DIE!!!! Then if you really want to be humbled, you just go online and feel worse than getting beat by Seth because these are real people, haha. Some guy sitting in his mother's basement is kicking your trash with Blanka while you try every combo you know with Ken. Unlike when your little brother did this as a kid, you can't throw the controller and then grab basement guy for real and shake him while yelling, "QUIT DOING THE SAME SLIDE TACKLE YOU @#$!#!!&*!!" akuma is tricky to get alot of people have that problem.. wait till you have to unlock gouken. Just get 3 perfects 3 ultra finishers and that should do it. oh and set the rounds to 1 because there is a time limit.

not sure about he time limit but you cant lose your matches also,im trying to work my way on getting the last guy but damn why do i have to finish everybody's story :p lol

yea, the time limit has been there since ssf2t to fight akuma. You dont need to finish every one's story. You just need to unlock the 6 exclusive characters they added to the console game(fei long, cammy, dan,sakura,gen and rose) then akuma will be fair game. after that then gouken is fair game and there you go. Ive done this a good amount of times for me and friends so just trust me on this:D

OHHH. Yea to get Seth you must beat it with everyone. It was a pain , but he is a cool character. He takes a lot of time to get good with, but i like him.

seth is tough to fight in story, abel is real pro good at dodging ranged. My friend is real good with him and i have a tough time beating him.

FINALLY! I beat all of Blanka's challenges! MAN that was annoying. Of course I got so numbed from the process that I hopped on Live and got defeated handed to me a couple times.

You should have seen it. I could get the first half of the combo strung together, and I could get the second half no problem. But putting the two together was a pain. So I just kept at it, was almost in a zone and all of a sudden I hear that Ding and that beautiful "Completed" slides in. I nearly jumped up in the air. My wife looks over and says "Oh you finally got it?" I wasted no time in proudly displaying the Blanka Block Icon.

... Of course now I'm stuck on El Fuerte's 4th normal challenge.

I know what you mean. Every other match is a Sagat who hops in the corner and throws tiger fireballs all day. Thank goodness for amazon river run, slips right under 'em. Then there was the time a Vega (claw) player who kept heavy sweeping me when I'd get up, it was fun for all of 2 seconds, it didn't last long.

It ends up being so thrilling when you get to fight a Gen or a Rufus, or heck even a 'Gief. of course I end up losing those matches because I'm so used to fighting Sagat and the Shoto-clones that it throws my strategy off.

This is true. I got so sick of Ryu/Ken/Akuma/Sagat. Its a lot more fun when you get a bunch of friends together and duke it out in person. Less fireball abuse that way.
