So what do you think will be the price of MightyMUGGS on Ebay in the near future? Do you think they will go the way that Beanie babies did and be a great investment?

Not Really. We like collecting them just because It's something we like. I don't think we collect to sell them truthfully even though some do. But with the Mighty Muggs I don't. I like them the way they are.

Even the SDCC exclusives are going for a lot less on eBay than most people expected and almost none of the regular figures fetch more than retail. Wait until wave 15 when they introduce chase figures or something, or one off signed figs. Than we'll see a price spike.

That's gonna be crappy when they introduce chase figures really. It's hard enough trying to find them as is.

Agreed. While there a glut on eBay, finding them locally is a bitch. Not sure if it's low productions numbers (doubt it), demand versus allocation to the stores (possible) or just the fact that they're awesome (most likely).
it's the perfect toy from a marketing point of view. Wanted by collectors, wanted by middle age children and able for big kids like myself to buy them for their toddler.

I doubt they will eevr decrease in price. I bet though in the future we will start seeing "used" ones that some parents bought for their kid who doesnt want them any more. I would pay a bit more for ones that I cant find..but shipping kills the deal. If I trade with someone I only like to trade 2 at a time so it makes shipping a bit more barable.

I can see them fetching a nice price if Muggs take off and Hasbro is still cranking them out in ten years. Not crazy prices mind you, we have to many speculators these days for there to be limited supply.
