Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to the site and i've been wondering...
Are there specific release dates on which each wave becomes available to the public?
Or is it just like a, "I just saw a _____ at target! *goes on forum* Everyone, _____ is out now!"?

no specific release dates, but usually we find the newest ones show up on ebay overseas or in a blog, so then we can expect to see them in the coming weeks.
