Hello everyone again!

I just brought this thread out of the grave to show everyone my updated collection. I finally just completed my collection again, with the latest waves. I am currently saving up again for the SDCC exclusives. BTW, the last time I posted my collection I got sent alot of offers. I repeat none of my muggs are for sale or trade, I am a completist(is there such a word??) and I love collecting doubles. I still infact have every since mugg pictured. Thanks for looking!!!

Just got these in at it will be added to the big collection above!!!! I got harry potter watching over them at the moment. LOL!!! Thanos is awesome. He is one of my all time favorites.

Thanks for all the compliments. I took me a while to finally complete it. I actually wont be selling or trading at the moment. I am content at my collection currently so I dont want to go messing it up by trading. Thanks to everyone for checking out my collection.

LOL!!! It just give me a reassuring feeling that I have doubles of each one just in case you know. :) Its also actually a drag at times, cuz now I have to spend more everytime. But, Im glad now I aint the only one who thinks the same way.

I just have an afinity for collecting more than one of a certain mugg. I love my collection and can't see why you or anyone who is bitter about my collection can say such a thing. If this is the kind thing I get just for showing something I take pride in, then I might as well just remove the picture.

i understand where both of them are coming from.
i like to have multiples of certain muggs. 1 to open and one to keep boxed.... only for the muggs i really like. im not against multiples.

but i understand how stressful it is to go looking for muggs, and you cant find anything. it might be a bit irritating to see that someone has 4 or 5 of the same mugg.... and you cant find one. its soooo frustrating!

There comes a point when you go from fun collecting to flaunting extravagance. I don't really see that as the case here, though. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to things, but I never really understood buying more than 2 of a certain item. I only buy doubles for figures that:

1.) I really like
or
2.) that I want to display in more than one place.

I actually open all of my figures, doubles or not. lol.

The thing is, rude or not, it *does* kinda sting when it's so hard tracking down certain characters, figures that you have NONE of and you come to a thread and end up seeing a handful of multiples that will more-than-likely not see the world outside of the box.

I'm not going to take sides because I have quite a collection, myself, but I do see where such commentary is coming from.

In cases like this, I feel that it's best not to rub-it-in and simply show you have ONE complete set of Muggs. I could see how THREE-FIVE sets all stacked together MIB might give an "In yo' face!'' impression to the struggling collector.

Just my 2-cents. Please don't take offense.

First, Im not taking sides..but for me that is a collection. A collection is not by how many but how do you want for your collection. HJ just like his collection with complete loose set, boxed set and back up if whatever reason.

Second for Bane, I felt that same feelings before on collecting action-figures but for sure you will get all the muggs that you want. What I've learned in Collecting is that "Hunting is exciting, Patience is a virtue" :)

When I first started a few months ago I went hunting thru the TRUs, Targets, and Walmart in my area. I got some from online and thru trades with fellow muggers on this site and on another. I just got tired of the chase when wave 4 came out i decided to just ask other muggers to help me. And they came thru. The latest addition came from scifigenre.com. Got them for $16 bucks each with free shipping included.

Thanks for noticing. I actually won him at an auction. They background story on Lego Harry Potter is that he was a prize for a 2001 Toys r us Contest for the first movie. He is a rare item.

I'm eating my heart out! My jaw really dropped to the floor and I had to pick it up when I saw it... but seriously, that's a kick ass collection. It's really hard to find Muggs here at the moment. Put it this way... The only place I've seen it is at a local shop where I first got them and 1 branch of TRU... Hope it will pick up... then I can have a collection about a quarter of yours and I SHOULD be happy :D

Also....I have sixteen Storm Shadows....and I hate GI Joe....I won them in an Ebay auction for US$35 and it was too good a deal to pass up...sometimes the reasons why people have lots of muggs isn't because they are rich nutbar doubles collectors.
