The New Contest Section!

Welcome to the Contest Section of the Forums! Thanks to the success of the Mighty Muggs Forum we have the chance to offer everyone some great goodies. Who can deny free stuff!? Be sure to check here for news about current and upcoming contests.

Only a moderator or an admin can start a new thread in this section, but of course everyone may reply freely.

Contests will take place about every 1-2 months, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled! Good luck to everyone!

Why not move the Mugg Showdown here too? It is a contest after all. This time there's even a prize.(thanks Dr. Mugg). With the amount of customs people are pumping out these days, the Showdown threads tend to get bumped down.

Litepink and Ninja are hammering out the details of the other contests, which should be up shortly.

Hey, you never know, pick a few teams here and there.. you might luck out.. =)

You can do all the research in the world to figure out the winner or you can be a lucky sun of a gun and pick the winner out of the air. They both have about the same chances of winning. =)

exactly why we had two contests :D. yes, the other contest should be accessible to everyone. you might as well give the NBA contest a try though. the advantage might go to an american sports fan, but it's free to join so worth a shot though!

Correct, just copy that template, enter the teams you think will win and that is it. BUT, wait till after midnite tonight so that the playoffs are set and you know who will go against who... i'll update the post tonight to list the correct teams playing against each other... Thanks..

Haha cool thanks! One last question...if I submitted my entry, and someone else just happened to pick the same exact teams to move on and the same total scored for the last game. Would the winner be the first person to have that entry in first? By the way...great contest! It's very hard to get everything right but this will be really fun!

Yeah, if someone were to copy your entry, the person who submitted it first would be the winner... that way, it prevents someone from possibly copying all your picks. Hope this helps. Good luck!
