Joe Muggs must be unloved or something

walmart doesn't even sell them and when i called target they said they didn't have them but near the end of the call they found some(only 2 really..Duke And Cobra Commander)

are the G.I Joe Mighty Muggs that unpopular or something?
i don't think i've seen The Indy Muggs either but thats a different story

indy and gi joe muggs are definately not my thing...at all. i like the marvel and that's pretty much it. my lady loves the SW line a lot. I'd have to say other than the marvel line the only ones i really LIKE are boba fett and vader

I think the Joe muggs will start to sell better when the movie comes out. I think they are pretty cool, Destro is one of the coolest muggs in my collection.

So far I've only bought two Joe Muggs, Destro and Storm Shaddow. They don't seem to be selling all that well in my area.

Everytime I go to a target it seems like they always have at least one set of wave 1, havnt seen a destro, saw one baroness and grabbed her. Toys R Us seems to only have dukes around here for some reason...but targer always has wave 1's.

Joe Muggs aren't hot sellers, no. And I dunno why Wal-Mart doesn't get them. But Wal-Mart has always sucked with Muggs around here so it doesn't matter. They don't have Transformers either.

I wasn't interested in them at first because I've never been a G.I. Joe fan. However, when I saw them in person -- they look pretty dang awesome. I had to pick them up.

Maybe it's just because they're less "popular" or whatever. I dunno.

I think they had the potential to be a really awesome line of muggs but i think they failed because 1. Theres

only six of them 2. I think the characters they decided to create were just bad choices not to say the

characters they made were lame just should have made other characters first. 3. GI joe hasent been seen

for a really long time ( i mean star wars has the movies that came out a couple of years ago and the clone

wars series, Transformers has its movie that just came out and the new animated series on cartoon

network, even indiana jones just had a movie come out and mavel enough said comic books, movies,

cartoons) compared to the other lines of muggs GI joe was a long time ago and i think people just forgot

how cool the show.

I agree duke was lame the only reason i would want to get him is cause my snake eyes is the only good guy i have and the other four are all bad guys/gal.

I bought Destro cause he is shiny. Other than that, none of them look very cool to me.

I don't see how they made bad choices in the first few. Sure, Cobra Commander could've had the hood, but he's still the top Cobra guy. Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow were very popular, Destro has a great look, Duke was one of the freakin' LEADERS of the team and Baroness, well they needed a female one, I suppose, though I would've gone with Scarlett (and, I DID go with Scarlett ;) )

It just was past their time, really, not unlike the Indy Muggs. Hasbro has kept the GI Joe line for all of these years (and I've said this countless times) because they are Hasbro's own. They created GI Joe and it's their property. While I was wrong about them stayin' with the Joe MUGG line because of this, it's one of the reasons, perhaps the MAIN reason, they've kept up Joe toys all of these years.

Well we haven't seen any new ones at all, besides Serpentor. I think were just getting bored of the same old wave 1 characters in stores.

That and if you look at the GI Joe collectors, most of them don't care for them. Like when the TF fans say "dosn't transform, I wont buy." Marvel and SW have built in fans who will buy anything.

That being said, I love the Joe and TF muggs.

Well, for being "Joe Ignorant";) you got it correct. Storm Shadow IS a sneaky white ninja ... that is, he's sneaky and he dresses in white. He's not Caucasian, of course. :D He kind of went back and forth from bad guy to good guy. Something like that.

I really like the Joe Muggs, but it seems that most people in my area don't care for them. It's too bad, too. I really wanted to see a Zartan Mugg... not to mention that super cool Serpentor that was shown in Toyfare a few months back. :(

i totally agree! i didn't buy him for a long time but went to urban outfitters last week and they had him for $9 so i got him...opened him and he is really cool next to the others...i love his expression and i like the all white suit next to my all black snake eyes...he is definitely a favorite now. course i'm still loving my grimlock and cyclops...cyclops and his freaking smurk on his face..love it!
