I have recently been on a kick of watching all the cartoons I grew up with on youtube. Some have stood the test of time. These are the ones I still like as an adult:
SilverHawks
ThunderCats
Transformers
Inhumanoids
Visionaries
These are the ones I remembered being awesome but I really find cheesy now:
G.I. Joe
M.A.S.K
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe

Notable Mentions:
Chuck Norris and karate squad (or whatever it was terrible, did like the intro by Chuck himself)
Rambo
and I can't remember the name but that WWF wrestling one. So lame. I only remember the haunted mansion episode.

I use to love The Snorks when I was younger. I watched it on Boomerang for the first time since then last year and it just wasn't the same. Theme song was still catchy.

Silverrrrr hawwwwks! one of THE best animated intros ever!

Man I love that show, got the vol. 1 dvd for my birthday I believe. I'm contemplating a Quicksilver custom mugg. With shiny silver paint!

I can never remember if the cartoons I remember are from the 70s or early 80s. Jonny Quest was one, but I'm pretty sure it was a 60s cartoon that just ran as re-runs in the 70s and 80s.

I remember a Godzilla cartoon that my brother and I used to watch, where Godzilla always rose up from the ocean when some kid called him or something. Ugh, ticked me off that a kid "controlled" him ... but I watched anyway.

Valley of the Dinosaurs used to be one of my favorites. Used to watch it with Land of the Lost, but I'm almost positive that was in the 70s.

Yeah, Godzilla. With that annoying Gadzooki. Stupid little flying dragon thing.
