What exactly do you use in the background to photograph your pictures. I box painted black or something? I need a good backdrop for when I start to take pictures.

litepink - thanks again. yes, i am hooked on mighty muggs. >_<

Run - I just use a black piece of fabric i had cut from wal-mart. cost about $4.54. hehe. and i use 1-2 lamps depending on the shot. and reflective paper or even white paper to reflect light. it's actually easier to take photos of Mighty Muggs in a lightbox but I have yet to invest in one.

I have a lot of toy photographer friends on Flickr and we all have different kinds of setups. It's basically all up to the photographer. Just play around and test to see what you like. the key to a good photo is lighting. I have always been an avid toy collector. I just got into photography recently and am so glad I invested in a nice Digital SLR. Now I actually get to play with my toys. hahaha. :D Hope that helps. Looking forward to seeing your Mugg shots.
