What are the differences between the Non-Target C-3PO and Cody vs. the Target exclusive ones? I have the Target exclusives, but have heard of the others.

I believe the Target ones were reissues of the original muggs.

There is no difference. They just rereleased those Muggs for Target only.

yeah it was a little confusing for some but these were hard to find before they were re-released so maybe it's a good thing! Otherwise you might not have gotten a chance to get them! :)
