Does Hasbro ship Muggs in seperate boxes?

I ordered 2 of the same mugg and I got it today but there was only 1 mugg in the box. The invoice that came with it even has a 2 units on it. Does that mean I got screwed or is another 1 on it's way?

Usually I'm thinking if 2 shipments happen, shouldn't you get 2 tracking numbers? I only got 1.

They might have messed up and put only one in by mistake. Just email/call them and they'll probably just ship you another one.

They might have ran out and needed to send it separately. But I would call to make sure. I ordered a bunch of stuff from there and it all came in one box...

If you have been charged for both they made the mistake of only sending you one. Just give them a call, I had this happen once they just sent me another one.

sometimes the item isnt in yet... I ordered Marvel wave 6 on the8th and just got it today on the 24th. Man it took forever but well worth the wait. Sometimes they just ship them separately so you dont have to wait for all of them. Which ones did you order? So are also preordered. i learned that the hard way lol.

I was definitely charged for both. Checked my CC.
I called them The first girl had no clue how to handle it.
I called a second time and I got a guy who took care of the situation right away and had another one sent out for me.

you got screwed one...they print out an invoice for each shipment...whatever is on the invoice, should be in the box...
