Target Exclusive C-3PO

Does anyone know if there really is a difference between the Target Exclusive C-3PO and the one thats not an Exclusive? I almost bought the one at target today but they look the exact same...:confused:

very slight diffrence in the paint...and also the added sticker...i actualy have both as i figured i may as well buy it now then kick my self latter....

As far as I can tell, the deal is that the entire wave was designated as a "Target Exclusive" even though several of the figures in it had been released previously. I don't think there's any difference between the Target version of C-3PO and the previous version, or at least no differences that you wouldn't normally see between waves.
