Wave 1 to hit Target?

Sigh. I wasn't going to get any of those Transformer Muggs, but I made the mistake of showin' the pics to my boys and both of them said "Bumblebee!" at the same time.

Anyway, if I had to bet, I'd say that Toys 'R' Us will be the lone outlet for them down here (San Antonio, also). I have nothing to base that on other than I've not seen any shelf space for them at any Target I've been to lately, and it seems as though their POST-Christmas Toy Department organization is well under way. If I HAVE to get them (well, Bumblebee anyway) then I HOPE Target has them. We should see very soon.

They haven't been out "this long". They've yet to be fully released. They're nowhere to be found in the northeast. Here and there, but not ANYWHERE near where I live.

I'm pretty sure March 1 is the date along with the MU and Wolverine stuff.

Yes, I seriously doubt they're in full distribution mode yet. By the time mid-March comes around, we should know whether or not Target will get them or not.

I'm in the same boat as you. Haven't found them and have gone at least four times a week to all the stores. However, Toys R Us finally put up a tag for them, but they did not have any on hand. If I can't find them this weekend I'll just get them online.

The only problem in my area is that when anything Transformers related hits they sell out right away. Unless there is an overstock. I wish these were like the GI Joe muggs I can find those everywhere.

maybe Target never ordered the Transformers. That could be a part of the reason why the line is *allegedly* cancelled. Probably due to poor sales of the Indy line and sub-par sales of the GI joe Muggs, some retailers chose not to order more Muggs.

I know my TRU has gotten at least 3 cases in, I bought one of them. They sell right away. There is just one lonely Soundwave with a bad box that has been sitting there for a while. Target still doesn't have Transformers in the system. And last I checked, toys doesn't have any revisions in the next couple weeks, so if we are going to carry them, it will be a little while.

As of Sunday, Transformers are in Target's system. None of the 10 stores in my district have them in stock yet.

I work tomorrow so I will try to remember to get the DPCI number so you guys can start checking on the scanners. We usually get them in a couple days before the revisions.

That would be great if we started off with Series 2. I hope Starscream isn't another Henry Jones for me. Just paid 40 dollars for him on ebay.

Sorry, I haven't been on in a few days. The revision date for Transformers is Monday. Some stores do set early, so that is why some people may see labels for them already. My store hasn't put them up yet.

However, my store has two boxes of wave 1 in the stockroom. Most of the stores in my district have at least two boxes. If you want to go up and ask someone, the DPCI number is 087-06-2077.

Target in Marlton NJ had a lone Megatron today. First time i have seen them at Target. I picked him up for trades since i got him at Kmart last week. If anyone is interested, I need alot!:D

I was able to get the set at the Target in San Ramon, CA. Just called and gave them the DIB #. They said they had them in the back and they would be able to pull it out. When I arrived, the kid was hesitant as they weren't out on the shelf yet. But I told him the name of the lady who said they can pull it from the back, so he ended up getting it. I was pretty excited when he brought out the whole case and saw all four of them.

I also included my recent finds from the past few days. Punisher and Jigsaw from the TRU in Dublin and Spider-Man at the Target in San Jose.

I went to 3 targets today. i had the product # and the girl checked her red gun and she me they should have 8 in stock ,which to me meant 2 cases. she went to the back said they only had 6??? she brought me an optimus and bumblebee and i paid and left. at the next target, the stock guy was cool, told me they should have 4 and brought out the case. there was one of each, so i took optimus and bumblebee again. at the final target, girl told me they should have four but brought me only megatron and soundwave, which was suspicious because the guy she was talking to on the walkie said they didn't have any??? yet the red gun said they should have 4. i didn't take megatron or soundwave because i already have 2 of each.

the stock guy at the 2nd target told me they weren't on the shelves because they barely received the yellow price label that go on the shelves, so keep looking at your local targets. some employees are shady but i mean if you want it buy it and take it home.
