That's right, still need Venom? Tired of all the exercise with no results?

Anyways, I know Venom is extremely rare, and yeah the reprint will be coming out, but Venom will more likely than not be scalped faster than an American in the French and Indian war (history is fun).
So, what's the technique to acquiring Venom without being screwed 40 dollars from eBay? Well, I'll let you fellow Mugg collectors know.
But first, I shall post some tips.
1. Be prepared to spend at least 20 dollars. Finding a Venom for 10 bucks is just not going to happen, unless he's been through a trash compactor and is being resold.
2. Don't worry if you don't find him at first. Just be patient, and time will tell.
3. NO GUARANTEES. This worked for my girlfriend (yeah, she got 2 for me, with a total of 50 dollars. I'm going to propose next week because of this.)
4. This will require shipping. So even if you're spending 20 dollars plus 7 or 8 bucks, that's money you would've used on gas. It's a fair trade.
And without further ado, here's my list of how my girlfriend found 2 Venoms within 1 week. She found them 2 weeks ago.

1. Call Urban Outfitters. Not just in the state you reside in either, but around the country. I know that their Mugg prices are double the norm, but finding Venom for $20 is a good deal compared to $40 on eBay. The kicker of this deal, is that some stores ship to your house for free. Awesome.
2. CLARIFY WHO VENOM IS. My female companion told me that she almost got sent black Spider-Man twice because of the confusion. Make sure to clarify that Venom has a smile with a big red tongue in the front, and that it says Venom on the front. We almost learned this the hard way.
3. If the store you called out of state charges shipping, have your local UO call them to say they don't have it. This might grant you free shipping to your house. I'm not sure if this is true for ALL stores, but it is for some.
4. ???
5. PROFIT!!
You're done. Simple right? Don't worry, because there are so many UO's in the country (expecially CA) that you should be lucky. My fiance' got charged shipping for only one of them (totaling 29 something). If you feel like expanding your search, try Border's as well. I've heard of people finding Venom through them, but I also hear that Muggs are really sparse in those locations. Still, it doesn't hurt to look, right?
