Ok i decided to spray some matte sealer and my mugg started to bubble little creases.. What did i do wrong? I did 1 layer waited 20 minutes and did the other layer and it started bubbling... How lame is that...

From what you described, it sounds like a heavy coat was used on the first layer, trapping air undernieth the sealer, when the second coat hit, it penetrated the first coat, releasing the air bubbles causing your bubbling or wrinkling. To avoid this use several very light coats, spraying no closer than 12" to the mugg, wait about 25 -30 mins before spraying another light coat. 4-5 coats will be fine for a protective seal

yea Ive had that problem. Its happened to me on SPRAY PAINT. It was the only time I used Spray Paint to Prime a mugg. Most of the mugg needed to be black, I thought the spray paint would work good. NOPE. I was wrong, I had to sand it off, use acrylic paints to paint it black, and then clear coat it.
