Is 10% all they have marked down the comps so far? I am not in the market for one so I haven't even ventured over to that part of the store. That's still a little ridiculous to me. All of the A/V equipment is still too high for me. And I think this is definitely a case of an employee who doesn't care, not that company...since Circuit City really isn't running things anymore.

computers still only ten and the rest i remember are

games- 20, game accessories -30, video cables-30,cameras 30.

they had a ps3 for $320, xbox arcades for $160, pros for $240. they even had wiis for awhile at 20% off. also they had remotes and nunnies for 30% off.

also, i bought the last xbox 1600 points card at 30% off...and they even had 800 point cards, but they rang up at FULL PRICE. when i asked if they could make it 30 percent off, like the 1600 one and they shrugged and said "whatever the computer says".

lol. It's a shame Circuit City is going out of business though :(. Let's hope Best Buy doesn't go the same way as Circuit City.

their original discounts were a joke - 10%. Their crap is already marked up like 20% from other places (although their dvds on release week are usually cheaper than other places). I guess i should say "was usually cheaper". Their stuff needs to be at least 40% before i start buying. The deal on cameras is prolly the best.

yea, cameras were JUST 10 percent 2 days ago, and saw a commercial today saying they are 30. i agree that they were overpriced at CC (everything was). or there over priced videogames that have clearanced months ago at target.

When I worked at CompUSa we did all kindsa crap like that when we closed, we even made a full 2 room fort out of TV boxes complete with a home entertainment system a computer, a fridge and christmas lights, we dubbed it "the glory hole", of course no girls were allowed.....good times

It is too bad K-Mart doesn't carry much as far as Muggs anymore in my area, because this is EXACTLY what it is going to be like there in the next twelve months. Same for Sears.

wow, I'm so late to so many threads. You do know a another company comes in and does liquidations correct? If not, go you tube it and you'll see what I'm talking about.
