A Transformers fan site I check for news recently announced Wave 1 Mighty Muggs are out in stores. And also somebody I know who works at Target said he thinks he saw a few of them in the figures section at my local store. And also BBTS already said they were in stock. I'm going to get Soundwave soon and when I do I'll post some pics.

The one on Penfield road. If you go there and see a cashier named Rose with long black hair that would be my mom. lol my family loves Target. Anyhow I'm not super sure their there. I gave my mom $10 to get me Soundwave, so if she comes back later without it I guess their not there. But you can go on a wild goose chase for em if you want. lol jk :D

i would find it nearly impossible for transformers to completely skip the west coast. the toys are made in asia and are shipped to california and then...the virus spreads...

but, if im wrong, great find! you have a nice mom if shes willing to pick up muggs for you :). i wanna work at target, but its too late, i go in everyday so it would be embarrising to cross over.

on that note. i went today as usual, no TF muggs.

I can't think of any muggs really that came out on the east coast first. Usually if a new mugg is out it's always out here on the west coast.

The first star wars wave on ebay was from someone in oregon and that's the first I heard of them in the states. And the joes were out here when people were finding the over there.

yup the boxes are in very good condition actually, and i agree with are-jay that bumblebee is the strongest of the four...but of course i have a liking to all of them.

Mine should be here Monday. They may be here now, I just don't feel like going to check my P.O. Box though. IMO, Bumblebee is the weakest. The only reason i got him is because it was cheaper to get the whole wave then ordering the other 3 separately. If my nephew doesn't want him I'll be willing to trade him.

Wave 1 should be on shelves Monday at Targets and such I believe. If not Monday some time this week for sure.

i noticed that too, but it just seems kind of odd that that listed it as "out of stock", whereas destro and baroness are listed as "coming soon" (as was sw wave 6 and 7 shortly before they were released)...i wonder if they actually had a small number available and really sold out...

i think coming soon and out of stock are usually interchangeable terms. if they had TF muggs in a small amount, i would think SOMEBODY here on the forums (usually the only ones checking HTS constantly) would have gotten 1.

Pfft far from it. I just read the other topics and repeat what the others say! I dunno if it works on the Hasbro shop though. I just tried and they didn't give me an amount. Just told me to remove some from my cart cause there wasn't 99 in stock of the Vision. There is however, 99 Blank Black in stock, apparently. I know it works on Toys R Us. Sorry if it didn't work on the site you're looking at :(

Does anyone know what characters future case revisions will have in them? I know that the case with Grimlock and Starscream is supposed to have Optimus and Bumblebee...I ask because I'm trying to figure out which one will be harder to find - Megatron or Soundwave?
although wave 3 is supposedly cancelled (i trust the source), it was suppose to include megatron again whereas soundwave is only in wave 1. if wave 3 does surface than we shall see megatron once again.

We have a Chik-Fil-A here too in the South. Well... South Sacramento... California. :)

Hopefully this is a sign that they'll be coming into the other stores soon. Also, interesting about the K-Mart thing. It seems my K-Mart never restocks. At all.

The Kmart here didn't even have an organized toy aisle for years here until the past month. But its been a hot spot for finding Darth Revan locally which had been basicly unseen around here. They are generally horrible for most toys still, but odd Muggs waves are showing up more.

No luck at the K-Mart in Brockton, MA, though it was hard to tell due to the fact that they dont even remotely try to keep the damn thing organized. Megatron might have been chilling under a few Barbie dolls for all I know.

These have managed to come to the great white north.

I have seen full sets of wave 1 in both TRU and Walmart in the Vancouver area.

They do sport the Canadian boxes though so they all have optimus on the box.

I picked up a set for openers since the packaging does not matter when they are free from their cardboard prison.

Thanks to the muggers who pointed me toward kmart to look for tf muggs...I hadn't been to a kmart in so long I guess I just sort of forgot they existed...anyway, stopped by one on my way home and they had all four tf of wave 1...but there was some sadness, the boxes for bumblebee and optimus were all mangled, so those two stayed at the store...megatron and soundwave are now happily perched on my shelves with the other 80 muggs. I think I might swing by another kmart after soccer practice and check for prime and the buzzzzer....
Point being, transformer muggs are in florida, but so far I have only seen them at kmart!

I saw these today @ a Wal-Mart! There was a really muscular wolverine about 18-22inches tall w/ retractable claws that some kid kept playing with over and over and over and over, (well until I took him out of the game hehe, jk) claws in claws out, along with a very annoying sound effect! There were also some Wolverine orgin super hero squad 4 packs, and the 3.75inch Marvel Universe characters. I wasn't that impressed so I'll just stick to Muggs for the time being :) But it was kinda cool seeing the "new stuff" out on shelves. It sucks that these may be taking up Mugg space soon :(

I passed though, such a waste of money since they will eventually hit other retailers.

I'm okay with that since MU > Muggs.

Newbury Comics in Avon, MA (exit 19 on 24)

They had all of Transformers Wave 1, all of Mighty Muggs Wave 6 (the X-Men wave), and it was the first time I've ever seen Destro of GI Joe Wave 2 in a store. They also have Red Skull and Thanos for $20 each. I grabbed a Bumblebee for $15.99.

Then I went to...

Toys R Us in Brockton, MA (Westgate Mall area, exit 18 off 24)

They had a Megatron and Soundwave, so I grabbed them both and cleaned the out. But if you're in the area, they'll probably restock soon.

I picked up 1 optimus, 3 bumblebees, 2 megatrons and 2 soundwaves at my 2 local k marts last night. the first kmart had 2 boxes with both optimus primes gone and the other kmart had a complete box. i made the rounds this morning to 4 targets and nothing. i'm located in the rio grande valley, 4 hours south of san antonio, in mcallen, tx.

Did you get those at the Target at The Rim? That's where I saw the Transformers price tag last Friday night. Since they got the Target Exclusive wave before any other Target here, I figured they'd get the Transformers wave first ... which shows you how up to speed their management is, as opposed to other Targets. :)

I found all 4 transformer muggs at the Target in the Fremont Hub in Fremont Ca. I left behind a soundwave because i felt like a jerk buy all 4. Just liek the Destro I found I hid Soundwave behind a toy plastic tank on the bottom self of the same isle. I talked to a stock boy and he told me that he was told to only bring out one box at a time for all waves from now on. Basically if theres one on the self its gonna stay like that till someone buys it. PS Im overwhelmed with happiness...

No I found them at Blanco and 1604, but when I bought them they did not have the tag for them yet. The weird thing was they were in front of the Marvel Muggs not by the transformers.
