Mighty Muggs Forum Exclusives?

Okay....I thought this up a few minutes ago and will admit I posted it both here and at the Mighty Muggs Lounge. I'm praying to God I don't get banned from either place. lol So here's my idea:

I'm a member over at statueforum.com. They sometimes offer forum exclusive pieces. I think if you go there now, you'll see they have a "zombie wolverine" statue as their exclusive statue. I know you guys have sponsors in the form of Entertainment Earth and what not, but do you think the forum should get a website exclusive Mugg?

Personally, I think it'd be pretty cool. I know the Transformers fanclub gets exclusive toys each year. What would it take to get an exclusive mugg produced for the Mighty Muggs Forum?

Anyway, I don't think either site has the volume of users to warrant that sort of thing yet. In a year or two, I can definitely see that as a possibility.

Yep, seen it before. I worked in apparel printing before though, and know of some better ideas. If people want Mugg shirts, it's something I can definitely look into.

LOL! I thought the Sailor Moon mugg was a joke, but there it is... haha! It wasn't as animesque as it should have been. And as for Chuck Norris... I'm surprised I haven't seen any customs of him yet... Bruce Lee or Rambo or other action hero type muggs.

It could be a completely drawn up superhero/villain. Or the OFFICIAL Mighty Muggs Forum character/mascot? Or you could have a poll on who you'd like to see the most turned into Mugg form, then have one of the talented artists here commissioned to create it?
Just throwing some ideas on the table...

i think a forum exclusive is definitely possible... we need to score some more sponsors...

we average about 20-30 users consistently browsing every hour... for sure we are the forum with the most population of active users.

the exclusive mugg could also be sold on our sponsor's online stores with an exclusive members only link through the forum...

it sounds possible. maybe we can lobby for it at comic con 2009?

I know this thread is quite old, but with the amount of people joining this site and fulfilling members' contests and polls... i think we SHOULD get more sponsors (according to Vinyl_Playgirl).
It would be sick if all of the custom/mock-up artists in this forum create their own thread and share ideas.
As for what brand it should be... umm... any brand would do (Marvel, G.I. Joe, Transformers, Star Wars, Indiana Jones) because the legal rights, but oh well..
I think it should be 1 of each, but hey who's complaining...
And for our slogan? hmm...
"For Us Muggs Us" ...(FUMU [FUBU]) get it? haha yeah sorry..

anything Mugg related will have to be approved by Hasbro. That means they will probably want some of the royalties and if an exclusive mugg is made, and then it will have to be one of Hasbro's properites (Marvel, GIjoe, SW, TF)
