Is anyone else disappointed that Old Ben Kenobi is a "skirt" Mugg?
I totally am, I really don't like the "skirt" Muggs, they just aren't as cool IMHO.
Geez. Way to go Hasbro, I've been waiting for Old Ben for forever now it seems and he's a "skirt".
But then again, maybe I am the only one that feels this way
Anyone else?

I think it makes a lot more sense to have him in a skirt, honestly. Most robed type characters make more sense in that format in my opinion. Maybe there is just an slim distinction between more cape versus robe looks on characters, but I thought the skirt would be appropriate in this case. He would have looked alright in a cape I figure, too, but I am fine with this look.

I think I would have liked to see him without the robe and maybe a removable robe-type-thing on top maybe with the hood as well, they would use the hood/cape/robe combo again somewhere else down the line, so why not create it now?

He wears his Jedi robe almost the entire time he's in the original trilogy, so it makes sense.

True, but the skirt is still very upsetting to me. I just.. don't like them.

I am ok with it, not a huge deal

No problems there. Believe me, I'm hatin' the fact that all of the Indiana Jones Muggs I see now (at a great price) are "skirt" Muggs, which cuts down on their value (for me) for using them for Custom Muggs. Not that you cannot, just that right now I have no plans on making a Custom with "skirt style."

Like everyone else said- it makes sense. He's only without the robe once or twice I think. He'll look better with it than Plo does.

I'm disappointed that he's not transparent lol.
But no, I think it looks fine the way it is. I'll definantly be getting it.

i don't think its a skirt it more of a robe if it were a skirt it would only be at the half length of their legs
and i don't have a problem with it i actually agree he does have a robe

I agree with the others that said the robe look is more accurate. I'm not a huge fan of that body style, but it's more accurate looking than painting a robe onto his legs.

I'd be way cooler with it if they gave him a hood as well.

good point! not like darth revan though as an accessory as a matter a fact they should have given the second darth maul a hood as well

actually, what differentiates a skirt is that it's only from the waist down, whereas a dress covers both upper and lower body. the length on the legs doesn't determine if it's a skirt or not. you can have floor lenght skirts, knee length, pencil, mini and micro skirts to name a few with different lengths...
anyway... this doesn't bother me on obi-wan. i think it's probably more muggs-accurate than painting it on the legs or using a cape. although, it would be cool if he was translucent blue like teeks said.

I but I am fine with this look.
agreed. it looks totally more appropriate.
I dont think we ever see Ben's legs in the movies. The robed bottom is totally appropriate here.

I rather like the skirt look on this upcoming Mugg, just like I do on Asajj & Revan. Each to is own I say, it's all good. :)

I like all of the muggs with Skirts, it gives you something to look up if you get bored.
But seriously, I really like the few muggs that have the different shape body. I think they work perfectly with the ones they've chosen.
