I've been waiting for Hasbro to come out with boxed sets, but still have not seen any, so I made one myself.
I made these in anticipation of the Summer movie "The Watchmen" looks good as far as the movie trailer goes.
The box was made completely from scratch. I used a sheet of 22"x28" poster board and went to town. It really exceeded my expectations.
Let me know what you think.

Absolutely sick! That's soooo cool!
Did you do this as a commission? Are you keeping them selling them?

Hello. Thanks everyone for the compliments! I really appreciate them. Monster, I have a stash of plastic sign holders, that I used for the plastic, but I've been told you can find clear plastic sheets at places like Hobby Lobby and Michael's.
They will be up for sale on ebay in the next week or so, if anyone is interested.

I'm game for that. Anyone interested in showcasing one of their muggs in a three mugg box?

I would like to be a part of a 3 Mugg collaboration but I dont think my custom ability is up to par with yours.
anyway, For my next custom, It is too big to fit in a regular box so I wanted to make a custom one that is larger. But, The problem I am having is that I can't seem to find a plastic insert that can hold the figure in place. Any plastics that can be shaped and can keep that position? Any ideas?

You could try using a blow dryer or a heat gun on a piece of plastic.

No but I don't think it would be to difficult. You just need a very thin piece of plastic. You could probably get that from Home Depot or a Hobey Shop. Then place the Mugg on it and heat the plastic. to fit around it. Simple enough.

If your talking about the small little muggs on the side design background, I drew one in Illustrator and then copied and pasted it over and over until I had a full page, then saved it.
wow! deeeeeeeeeep customs man

I wrote to you already on E Bay complimenting your work. This is just incredible. Love your use of shadows, and your packaging is the best I've seen (by a large margin). I even dig your custom logo. MAJOR props.
