is walmart!!! I ordered 2 symbiote spidermans from walmart using ship to store thinking it would arrive in pristine condition. Guessed wrong! the packers put the 2 boxes in a box that wasnt even big enough for 1!!! i opened the box to find 2 demolished boxes and loose spidermans. just venting...any1 else have stories bout walmart muggs?

I picked up Indy Wave 2 and a Rex this morning. Mine went fine, actually, pretty impressed. But, I totally hear you with the smooshed boxes. The stores down here do the Ace Ventura UPS Guy routine on the shelf stock. My son and I walked up on a guy slamming, and I mean slamming, Clone Wars figures on the pegs in one of the Wal-Marts here. When I asked him why he was roughing them up, he pointed at my son and said, "They're just toys. He's gonna rip the package open anyway." That's when I told him that it didn't matter, it's still unsold product. You wouldn't buy a crushed box of Froot Loops so what makes you think I'd buy a crushed toy? His reply, "Whatever." That's when I explained to him that I managed the area Sam's Club, and I frequently talk to that Wal-Mart's general manager. He gentlly put his hand over his name badge and hauled for the back.

In the end, it doesn't matter if it's a can of creamed corn or a mighty mugg. It's still an unsold unit of merchandise, that ought to be handled correctly. I'd take them back, refund them, and go home and reorder. Let them keep costing their store $$ shrinking it out until they get it right.

well it was already paid for so i just took them and will give them to my nephews. I ordered 10 more from walmart.com today with the hopes of atleast 3 of them are in good shape. I will just return the ones that dont meet my standards, hahaha.

I ordered an Iron Man from Walmart in the past and I agree they have some of the worst packaging ever! The box was smushed. There was no way I was going to keep it and went straight to a local Walmart to return it.

Dammit! I just ordered a dr. henry jones off of there because somebody on here told me they ordered off there and the box came in just fine. I put off buying one from there just for that reason.

I ordered dr doom and iron man from them and they were ok, all the ones on the shelf were destroyed though

Most of the ones I see in store are in really good condition. Some have some slight dents and tears but that's normal, I guess.
It's the luck of the hunt I suppose.

I was tempted to order Black Suit Spidey on Wal-Mart but went with Mutt and Monkey Man instead. Monkey Man's box was dented and dirty. I've never seen a Black Suit Spidey on shelves yet, though.

The first time I saw Black Spidey was way back in August. He was my first Mugg. Good thing I grabbed him too cause I haven't seen another one since then.

There's only a handful of Muggs I have never seen on store shelves but Black Suit Spidey is one of 'em. Good thing you got your's when you did. Hope to find one myself soon. I'll pick it up on the spot.

target is a good place to find a black suited spider man, and i know the one by me and one a few town over has a ton of spider man, balck suited spiderman, dr doom and iron man

and oddly no hulk or wolverine though :-P

I saw Black Suited Spiderman one time at my Target long ago. This was before I started collecting Muggs. I haven't seen him since. Hopefully Walmart doesn't screw me over on the packaging.

The first mugg I ever bought was Venom using Walmart Site to Store. (This was when marvel wave 1 first came out, and Venom wasn't THAT hard to find and the only reason I ordered him was because Spidey sold out :P)

He came in a box packaged with the FillAir bubble packages. Great condition.

I have ordered DVDs with site to store since then that have had their packages been dinged/cracked. Maybe I just go lucky with Venom :)

my dark hat indy and henry jones sr were...meh. not the best, but i just sorta wanted the variant (might as well), and father jones to open. no bubble wrap, the box was too big so they obviously slid around.

I ordered 4 MMuggs from Wal-Mart online for Christmas, Ship to Store. They came in pretty darn quickly (less than five days after I ordered them), and in darn good concition in the box. The box wasn't packed with bubble wrap, but was stuffed with brown paper to keep the Muggs from moving. No problems.
