I think it should stick to the 1984 line at first or at least G1, as much as I would like to see a lot from other years. There are a ton of minibots and the seekers, then branch off into key characters like Hot Rod, Galvatron, the Dinobots. I think a LOT of TFs don't really lend themselves to the design of the Mighty Muggs.

I can't believe no one has mentioned ARCEE! I would be so stoked if they did a Mugg of her or, even better, put her in the new movie!

I loved the movie. But its going to be hard to collect this line when my shelf space is already closing in and now I may have to worry about whether to get the movie edition or regular edition of certain characters.

The only things I hated about the movie was the robots were often too hard to tell apart. Ratchet should have been white or white and red... why make him chartruese when its so close in color to Bumblebee? Iron hide looked like Barricade, and the other decepticons looked alike too.

and I HATED that they goofed the closed captioning part and called Brawl "Devestator". That's going to totally ruin any chances of the real Devestator for future movies. That was a big mistake and Michael Bay should have realized the fan significance of messing with a character as popular as Devestator - that's one you should really get right. Take liberties with Blitzwing or Thrust. Don't mess with Devestator.

They could have at least fixed the subtitle/captioning for Brawl for the DVD release after they realized their mistake.

Booooo.

Well quite frankly there will be a Devastator in the sequel and he will combine there have already been some offical images of some of the robots.

The movie was so shit its unbelievable. It makes some other films by Michael Bay look Oscar worthy.

Reasons being

1)The plot was rubbish
2)The transformers were so over engineered it was ridiculous. You cant make out what is going on half the time.
3)They got names wrong of vital characters
4) Lots of rubbish comic interludes - The bit when hiding at the house.
5) Too much focus on the military and not enough on robots
6) Didnt build up the parts of the decepticons - Starscream especially
7) Shia Le Bouf has no carisma
8) To many unneccesary human characters
9) Too many sweeping atmosheric helicopter shots at sunset
10) Rubbish pointless ending
11) Transformers that are able to physically transform in reality - But then they have the Allspark
12) The rubbish government agents

I could go on.

The only good bit is Megan Fox leaning over the car.

I bet Michael Bay makes a mockery of the sequel also. There is no reason to make it good as the general public will lap it up anyway and it will spin millions. If its broke but still makes money why fix it?

Id much raither stick on the original movie and watch Unicron any day of the year. Imagine how good it could of been if they had amde a live action scene by scene remake of that!

i really thought i was going to hate it, but nope.... i thought it was really really good. i thought the whole "ebay" thing would be dumb and that it would kinda ruin it, but it didnt :)
