I agree, but it is a really nice paint job (great use of shadows to give it a 3D look)

The fact that the Hat is painted on is Horrible. Looks like Gonna have to create a hat for him my self and mess with his head a little. :D

I could be wrong, but to me, by comparing these Muggs to the hatless versions is an implication that they come with hats and Sallah is definitely not wearing a painted-on hat. They wouldn't group them together in that sentence if one was removable and the other was merely painted. Maybe someone with more time on their hands will just get a confirmation directly from EE and then the speculation can cease.

just pre-ordered these

love how they are exclusives, love these guys in the Indy movies.

i think these are two strong characters that should have been in retail stores right away. it might have helped/saved the line.

I don't think it is painted. Hopefully these will start shipping soon and then someone will post pictures to confirm one way or the other.

yes, they are definitely coming. they took off waves 3 and 4 from the site but these still remain. it will be this lines swan song. they still have this banner on the site too:

Thanks! I already ordered mine awhile back but that is a really cool link. I'm seriously thinking about ordering an extra set for future Mugg trading (these SDCC/PX exclusives are hard to find for reasonable prices secondhand). You never know what will be coming out in future releases that could be next-to-impossible for the average collector to attain.

i just got an email from EE yesterday confirming that i still had these on backorder. i got excited hoping it wsa a shipping confirmation. but at least i know they are coming soon. i cant wait any longer!!
