How does Hasbro send out older MM?

I am just trying to get an idea on how Hasbro restocks stores. Do they randomly send stores older waves along w/ new waves or are all new shipments just for newer waves? Just wondering b/c I got into MM a lil late so wondering if I would be able to, in theory, be able to goto local stores to get all the older and newer muggs.

Not sure how they restock but if you have a combination of TRU, target, k-mart, and KB in your area there should be no problem finding older muggs. Its about patience and figuring out what days the stores get toy shipments in (should be more frequent now since its xmas time)
