Hasbro has sent out word that they are attending this years New York Comic-con, which takes place October 13-16. This is Hasbro’s first time attending the show and will be offering some exclusive merchandise. There are no details currently on what those exclusives may be – so stay tuned. Within NYCC Kids!, Hasbro will host the National BEYBLADE Championship where semi-finalists from around the country will battle in head-to-head competition to be crowned the BEYBLADE U.S. Champion. The BEYBLADE National Championship winner will be awarded travel to the BEYBLADE World Championship, in Toronto, Canada in March 2012. A worldwide phenomenon, BEYBLADE is a battling tops game with a focus on strategy and high-performance competition. Kids collect, customize and compete head-to-head to be the last BEYBLADE top spinning. Hopefully... I spoke to a Hasbro employee on the last day of SDCC.. He mentioned to be on the lookout at NYCC and that they may drop a new mugg or two... Kinda hinted towards Superhero but didn't give any specific details...

After I Saw Those Exclusives From Comic Con 2010 i Really Wanted The Brown Wolverine, Deadpool,Ice Man, Green Goblin,Magneto and juggernaut i hope like the spider man with removable mask they will be released eventually i hope its just no once a year

I sent an email a few days ago to Danny Palestine of HunterPR (Hasbros PR firm) About the New York Comic Con and if Hasbro was going to have any exclusives. I also asked about the missing 3 muggs from SDCC 2009? His reply was...... What missing muggs ...stay tuned till NYCC 2011 Hasbro will have lots of surprises. Hoping this might mean muggs but who knows considering the pathetic showing they had at Toronto Fan Expo 2011 which is supposed to be the third largest show in North America.They only had Transformers Kreo`s available it was sad.
NYCC is Oct 13-16 at the Javits Convention Centre in New York.
