I have emailed their customer service twice, but have yet to get a response as to when the Wave 5 pre-orders will be shipped? Anyone here have any clue?

they are on there way, i believe it said ships on or around the 24th.

I noticed that they charged my card today, but on the site, it still lists the order and not shipped.

I've noticed in the past HTS is really bad with notifications. I sometimes receive my shipments BEFORE they email me that it's been shipped
