View Full Version : Bloodyprinc3 Seemingly Good Guy, Two Months and no Mugg or Payment!

To start off, I did not have a problem with this guy but the fact that he is 16 and does not have a paypal should have been red flags to me. I decided to do business with him because of his excitement about getting a Punisher mugg...

Since he was interested in getting a Punisher mugg, I went 30 minutes away to a TRU to pick it up for him. The exchange was for a wolverine mugg. He was really insistent on me sending the mugg first, and when he received it he would send his trade out. I went to Fedex and paid 18 dollars for box and shipping on 6/2/10 (I was a shipping noob). I gave princ3 a tracking number and he said he would send his out when he gets back to his mom/dads house or something or other. 1 week went by..He received Punisher and was happy. I asked for a tracking number and he said the lady at the post office would not give him one or could not (fishy).I let two weeks go by, tried contacting him and he said it was shipped (still no mugg). Anyway, he tried to blame me and say that he checked the post office and they said it was delivered so it is somewhere in seattle (I do not even live in seattle). How would you be able to find it if there is no tracking number? Also if it was a wrong address it would have been returned by now..(In the meantime I received 11 different muggs from various others via ebay and here).

Gave him the benefit of the doubt and said I would go public, he apologized and offered to pay for the mugg a few weeks ago. I said I would accept his 15 dollars which is nothing compared to the traveling, time wasted, shipping, and mugg purchase. I asked him last week/week before if he sent it yet, again he gave me a story that he had to travel before he can get it because he gets spending money or something. Tried to get in contact again last week, still no response..Even after posting on his wall.

Moral of the story, be weary when dealing with him. I thought because of his activity on the forums and his feedback it would be legit..I thought wrong. It is about principal now, the mugg he was going to trade is not even worth as much as Punisher nor is 15 dollars. I spent 30 dollars all together on him and have received little to no respect from this immature individual...

You do realize your profile says "Seattle" under location right? That could be where his response came from. Just a useless observation. Sorry for your drama.

sorry to hear that bro!! i thought bloody would be a great kid to deal with because he is always on here! the package should have been returned to him if it was never delivered anywhere but thats also IF he put his return address on the package. i know some people prefer not to but then in a case like this when a package is 'lost' who knows what could have happened to it. =/ and theres not really any way to track a package if Delivery Confirmation was never purchased for the package unfortunately.

i know being a kid his age, having no paypal, and possibly no job would have some trouble getting some cash together but if he doesnt have it or cant get it he should at least keep you posted on what was going on. i really hate when people dont reply to messages after asking for something, etc. i havent really seen him post much lately... but if this has been going on for that long he needs to step up and make something happen. even if he needs to tell his parents he needs the cash because he made a mistake or something to pay you back instead of waiting until the next time they hand him a few bucks.

now if he does say he is going to send you the cash have him buy the smallest padded envelope he can find and get DC added to it ...that way it wont happen again ....i know this can be done because a fellow member had DC added to a giftcard they were sending me so theres no way the post office can say no. not sure if he knows it but the post office doesnt just give out tracking numbers, it has to be requested and paid for.

hope everything goes well for ya!!

his location does say seattle but i have sent muggs to him and he doesnt live in seattle ...he lives outside of seattle so he posted it as a generic location. and by the sounds of what response he got from bloody it doesnt seem like he ever sent anything out because the post office wouldnt tell him 'the package is somewhere in seattle' if senoj doesnt live in seattle

I'm quite surprised you went ahead and sent your mugg first. When I sell someone a mugg I sometimes tell them to wait with payment just in case I know I won't be able to ship it for a few days. Yes the lack of a paypal account makes things difficult and sadly even when a tracking number is purchased, the post office can lose a package and never find it ($300 worth of blankets out of Boston taught me that). It is strange that the post office did not give him a tracking number, after all, you keep the stub from the delivery confirmation. I don't know all the details and I would hope people keep doing business with him, just make sure they either receive payment or get a tracking number first.

He never purchased DC or asked for a tracking number. By his own words, he said that the lady at the post office was being a bitch and would not give him a number. He also said that he went back to check on the package (after a few weeks of me not receiving) and she said she remembered the package and him (rather unlikely). Then that is when she said the package is in Seattle, and he insinuated that I have the package..If people want to keep doing business with him, that is ok by me. I just want people to be weary and insure that they receive payment via mail before sending it out. Maybe he can just get a prepaid debit or send money orders in the future.

Ever since I dealt with him I am jaded about dealings on the forum unfortunately. I am glad that I have had the opportunity to have positive experiences wit TO_Muggz, Gooey, MicahNelson, and Dr. Mugg. You would think that someone on this forum that is really active would be more trustworthy..

Yeah, it sucks when you go out of your way to purchase at full retail just for someone not to come correct and send payment or muggs for trade.

Yeah i know this is the second issue a forum member has had with him. I didn't know Gooey had one too. I think his feedback if it doesn't already needs to show at least 3 negatives to give a new person a red flag about him. He probably is a nice kid but immature. He doesn't seem to follow through with his agreements, he probably gets all excited about the transaction but then has no motivation to follow through with it. I'd stay away from dealings with him.

Dude...I'm calling shenanigan's!!! First of all; tracking numbers/delivery confirmation are just another service/product that is sold & there is nothing special you have to do besides ask for them. Most of the time they ask you if you want it. There is no way in hell that they would refuse to give those to anyone who is willing to pay for them. Secondly, how the hell would they know the location of the package if they did not do a tracking number :)

Shenanigan's, shenanigan's, shenanigan's!!!

Yeah, the only problem with that is that as the person leaving feedback, you don't want to give him negative feedback because even though you did everything you were supposed to do and he didn't follow through, he'll leave you negative feedback in return. If he never pays so you don't send out a mugg, he apparently considers that to be enough to warrant negative feedback. Plus, if he posts about it, he throws in a whole bunch of extra stuff that he never mentioned or discussed with you in PM's and then proceeds to make libelous statements.

man waiting was a good movie...

I second that!

Anyway, I always see him log in. I think he is not actually responding because he knows he is in the wrong and he believes people are "turning" on him in the forum. These situations are easily resolved. Communication is key, also its not that much money. I would be more pissed if I was gooey, Blood asked him for a custom, gooey made it and bloody does not remember asking for one. Also had the nerve to ask him to make custom weapons recently without mentioning the custom...

Honestly, if I were a mod, I would deactivate your account till the OP sends me a message saying you've either paid up or he's received the package.

The moderators here are nice; they even edit. lol

Or dude, if you really can't do either, just come clean with it and say that. Maybe you can't afford it because you don't make any money or maybe you don't want to tell your folks that you're short changing people. Just come clean and at least it is what it is. You know?

Yeah, just go ahead in ban me.
I'm in a pissy mood, and honestly, could frankly care less about this.
Just get it over with.

i havent said anything about this but your reply just shows poor judgement and how cowardly and dishonest you truly are. you have made no effort to reconcile this situation from what ive seen so far and now since you got what you wanted you "could care less"? that in my opinion is A BITCH MOVE. man up. make things right.

i apologize to anyone offended by the language but this just made me mad.

I have to agree, being in a bad mood is no excuse, I'm currently in a bad mood constantly due to various reasons but we deal. Pay the man what you owe and get it over with. Being banned won't solve the fact that you in essence cheated a man.

IYG is psychic, didn't you know?

But to stay on topic, BLOODYPRINC3, your last reply is pretty pathetic.

If you owe someone, it's best to correct the situation or karma will come back on you.

Well closed case then. Sorry OP for your loss on this one, can you provide negative feedback now without the concern of retaliation now that he will be banned?

I have been gone from the forums for a period of time due to school and life. I am glad that there is awareness about this stupid little kid, I mean to read what he wrote...That is outright disrespectful, cowardly, and if he lived in Washington I would definitely pay him a visit. What a punk ********...(excuse my language).Bloody, you are a real piece of work....

Man, it's a swirling ball of anger and sadness here.
Man, I thought for sure Princ3 was legit. He seemed like a real nice guy to me. Guess we all thought wrong. :(
Though I haven't seen you around, I'm really sorry to hear what happened to you Senoj. I always hate seeing poor business behavior on forums.

Well it's unfortunate that it had to end this way. Life can sometimes be random.
