So I'm on a new comic kick lately and it isn't exactly something completely new to me I've just been recently inspired to collect the whole series. I did a quick search and didn't find anything on the forum so I figured I start a new thread.
Is anyone familiar with Evil Ink comics? If not its basically the comic company that is mostly funded by Claudio Sanchez of the epic band Coheed and Cambria. The two main comics produced by EI are "The Amory Wars", which is written by Claudio and is the story that goes along with the bands music and lyrics, the other is "KillAudio" which is written by him and his wife.

Evil Ink also has an exclusive vynil figure of the character KillAudio (Figured this was appropriate considering the forum we are on, lol).

I've read the first volume in the comic series, The Second Stage Turbine Blade, which goes along with their first album of the same name, the graphic novel, No World For Tommorrow, which goes along with the album of the same name, and I just finished reading the novel which is also written by Claudio, Year of the Black Rainbow, which goes along with their latest album of the same name as a prequel to the whole Amory Wars saga.
I've been a fan of the bands music now for quite some time and Claudio is just as talented a writer as he is a musician everything of his I have read has been amazing. So now I'm on a quest to collect all of his different works. I want to read what I have not yet of Amory Wars to see what happens next and KillAudio looks very promising.
Anyway Coheed's music is amazing and I strongly recomend it to anyone who is into progressive rock. The comics are real cool and have one hell of a twisted and awesome storyline, and the novel was amazing and is definately a good starting point for anyone who is new to the series, especially since its a prequel.
If anyone knows of a good place to get the comics cheap or has seen them forsale anywhere it would be appreciated cause they are tough to find especially at a decent price. Also if anyone has any questions I'm always happy to share my knowledge.
And on a final note I leave the Evil Ink thread open to discussion. (Boredom brings much typing, lol).
