(I think)Jigsaw will not be made.

I really think (hope not) that the Jigsaw Marvel Mugg won't be made. We got Hi-Res pictures for Punisher two weeks agos, nothing for Jigsaw. Also, Marvel Wave 4 only displays Punisher, you would think on at least one box there would be a picture of Jigsaw.

but I can see what you are thinking... it would suck... however... if push came to shove I'd rather have Punisher than jigsaw

I highly doubt they will exclude Jigsaw. All exclusives come in twos. Sallah and Shortround, Thanos and Red Skull, Ackbar and Shadowtrooper. They're not going to release Punisher without Jigsaw. It just won't happen. Therefore, no need to worry! ^_^

The whole reason for the Punisher/Jigsaw release was to take advantage of the new movie being released.
I doubt they axe the pair.
