i bought a few muggs from them. and mine were good! im assuming its kind of hit or miss. i wouldnt doubt if someone got some things in bad condition. i got some bad muggs from toys r us though. i guess it depends on how picky you are. i keep mine in the box, so im pretty picky about them! personally, i prefer just to buy mine at a store, where i can see it for myself before i commit to buying it.

i have orded 5 seperate orders from HTS (some muggs and some marvel Legends) and all have been shipped in good condition and all of the packages were in really good shape upon arrival.

ME TOO! clone wars! damaged boxes, and dusty! that was my exact problem. one of them was far worse then my others, count dooku. but i saw a better one at target yesterday, so i think im gonna go buy him and then return the bad one back to them. i've only had to do that a few times? is that kind of evil? sorry if you disagree with my methods. it sounds selfish, but they will probably get damaged by some kid in the store anyways... i once saw a darth vader and it looked like someone made holes in the top of the packaging with a pencil. IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE ACTUALLY SHOT AT THE BOX! i would have bought him if he was in good condition!

When I got my Rex and Jango yesterday, the boxes were really Perfect shape. I guess it's just hit or miss really.
