Hey guys,

Finally got around to posting this. Fugitive Toys is going to be at Comic Con displaying toys for sale. As with Wonder-con, they will show off some customs to keep interest in Muggs going strong. I'll be there to assist and help out.

So, like last time, we are taking customs for display purposes. There were a lot of customizers interested the last time I brought this up.

Why send in customs?

You get to show off your work.
You get exposure to people, companies, media, etc.
Best of all, you keep the Mugg Community going strong!

Will you sell my customs for me?

No, we will not sell them. There may be legal issues with the character you made and we will not run the risk of getting in trouble. This is just to show off your work and what people can do in the customizing world.

Will I get my custom back or do you get to keep it?

You have the choice of doing what you want? You can donate it to Fugitive Toys. You can have it given away as a prize at Comic Con. Or you can have us return it. All postage is your responsibility.

How many customs can I send to you to display?

Because of the large interest and small booth area, we can only take 2 at max. If there is a great deal of interest, I will inform you that we can only accept one.

What are the steps to sending in the customs?

First of all, contact me directly. Let me know what characters you want to send in so that we do not have duplicates. Once confirmed, I will give you the address to send the customs to. You are responsible for the postage to us. Please pack carefully so that the Mugg does not get damaged.

When will my Muggs get displayed?

We will rotate the customs everyday so that everyone gets exposure.

When is the cut off date to contact you?

Please let me know as soon as possible. Space is limited so once it hits a certain number, we will not be able to accept any more customs. The glass case can only hold so many. So, please reserve your spot as soon as possible.

When is the last day I can send you the custom?

All customs MUST be received one week prior to the start of Comic Con. Thanks.

Can I send in customs that are not Mighty Muggs?

Yes, as long as Fugitive Toys sells that type of toy, you can send that type of custom. Please PM me if you have any questions.

### DISCLAIMER ###

Fugitive Toys will not be responsible for damaged items. We will not be held liable if the Mugg gets damaged during transit. We will not be responsible should the item get stolen during the show. We will take every step to keep it safe but there are unfortunate things that we can not account for. So, please, do not send your most expensive, top of the line, holy grail, Mugg that you value more than your life and could not live on if its lost/damaged.

Q... Will you have our Teen Titans set there again? Also your He-Man custom will be there before then :) Just curious if any of those will make it there with you ... if so we wont send more :) Thanks Nelson! :)

Hey April,
I will definitely bring the He-Man. I'm on the fence about the Teen Titan set. Looks like there's a decent amount of customizer's that want to send in their work. There's a limited amount of space in that display and we'll have to rotate the customs everyday. Depending on the amount of actual submissions, it could go either way.

how about Armored Bats?

If I don't get enough submissions, I will bring back the ones I had at Wonder-con. But, based on the response in this thread and PM's, there should be enough new Muggs to fill the case. So, I wouldn't be able to tell you until people send in their customs.

We're tossing around the idea of getting custom Munny's done. We got a bunch of DIY 6-7 inch Munny's sitting around and was curious to see if anyone would be interested in customizing some.

The design would have to be your own. It can not be of a copyrighted character.

We would pay for the shipping of the Blank Munny to you and back. You would donate your time and customize the Munny. We would display the Munny and sell it at a reasonable price which would pay for both the shipping, cost of the Munny, and a small amount for the artist. This is not intended to make any money. This gives a chance for the buyer to own a custom piece at a reasonable price, exposure for you and/or your company, and to show what the custom world can do.

Let me know what you guys think or if anyone is even interested.

Please only reply if you have time. I know customizers are on quite a busy schedule. We would need this back within a month or so.

Thanks!

Just a reminder for those customizers who are interested in submitting their work, you have approximately one month left.

For those interested in the Munny project, Munny's will be sent out this week. Thanks!

How many do you guys have in stock for special plastic Mugg protectors and how much are they?????

@potishen - I think we have enough. Thank you so much for the offer.

@ditbu13oi - Unfortunately, there are no preorders for this item. It's a first come first serve type of thing. I'm assuming these will sell well based on some of the local shows we have done.

@TheAlmightyMugg - We have 1500 in stock. We're hoping that should tide us over for the whole show but you never know. They'll be $3 each and sets of 10 for $25.

The craziness begins... set up starts at 7am..

I'm sure the plastic covers will last for the whole weekend unless a couple of people buys hundreds at a time..

I'm curious what these boxes look like on display (I know... they probably just look like clear plastic). I'm wondering if they're a rectangle with no bottom that you slip over a mugg or what. Also, any chance of selling these on your website?
