Here is what they had to say to my three questions....Seems like a waste to me.....
1) We realize that there are still Marvel Mighty Muggs that have yet to be released. We are working on the final plan for those figures and hope to have some news for you later this year. Thus far, we do have an Iron Man and War Machine Mighty Mugg available for purchase at Toy's R Us!
2) There are currently no plans for a fan poll Mighty Mugg, but we are always looking to expand the Marvel Brand, especially our female figures. Anything is possible!
3) We realize that there are still Marvel Mighty Muggs that have yet to be released. We are working on the final plan for those figures and hope to have some news for you later this year.
Question# 1) With the Marvel Mighty Muggs what is the current line strategy of this product there seems to be no offical marketing strategy as most collectors have no idea where to buy Marvel Mighty Muggs anymore. It seems most retailers have stopped stocking the product other than TRU even the offical Hasbro website has not had any new product.
Question# 2) Are there any thoughts of a fan poll for future Marvel releases of Mighty Muggs as the current choices do not seem to make the most sense there is only 1 female Marvel Mighty Mugg.
Question# 3) As many new Marvel Mighty Muggs were shown at the last SDCC and Toy conventions are these new character still part of the current line-up and release strategy. Other than the two new Iron Man 2 Marvel Mighty Muggs no signs of these characters have shown up anywhere. As it seems movie tie-ins are now the only way Muggs are going to be released.
