So...today I picked up the entire series of Full metal alchemist for 4 dollars (including the finale movie)

But...i've only seen the name before, and seen some characters. Does anyone know if the series is good ?

On a scale of 1-10 ? Should I watch it ?

Oh, thought I put it in the post, I got it at a Garage sale :)

Muhuahaha. I saw them in the box. And I passed it up...and then I bought a bunch of books really cheap, and I was like hmm...the DVDs r probably cheap also. So I went back to the box, duh out all 13 disks, and the movie, and then ended up gettng them all for 4 dollars :)

Fullmetal Alchemist is the best anime ever! As CombustedGremiln said Brotherhood is also now on Adult Swim. It's based more off of the manga than the original was. I've been watching it in Japanese on AnimeReady.com since the beginning (currently on ep 46) and its 100x better than the original. I LOVE IT!

Wow ^_^ im gonna start watching it tonight. I wont watch Brotherhood though cause i'll get my storyline all screwed up :P maybe if i finish these quickly i can catch up to brotherhood

$4?! I spent $20ish on each DVD -_- lol it is amazingly awesome definetely one of the best animes/mangas out there, and I dont like many animes. And brotherhood is way better I'm up to 45 right now

Im on the episodes the other brothers of elric part 1 and 2. I didnt start them yet cause i needed sleep hehe. I really like the show so far ! It's so sad and gruesome though...everyone is dying !!!

Hey Sokka...

If you like it this early in the game, just wait until the plot thickens and things REALLY goes nuts! After the visit to Prison #5, things escelate very quickly. ^_^
