i have been waiting for this for a long time. today the 7th blackest night came out then march 31st the 8th and last issue comes out then april 14th the newest adventure the brightest day starts, what a great next few months. but DAMNNNN that was a huge spoiler i did nottt want to see!! :(((

Just wanted to apologize for posting the spoiler. Hadn't been on in a while, and haven't been on since or I would have fixed it. I got my issue the night before it came out, came home late from a party and was tipsy and didn't even think about the fact I was posting it early. I apologize, boys. Used to posting on the GLC forum where stuff like that is expected and goofed up. Hope you all enjoyed the issue and the rest of Blackest Night, which I have also already finished and won't spoil.

I agree, but I still wish I had not done it. In an era where comics are all arcs, or never-ending stories like GL, a single last page reveal means nothing within a few issues. But it does deprive the moment at the end of the comic for people (even though I feel like Geoff Johns uses these way too much anymore). If you give spoilers for a movie, though, which is finite, it really matters, so I can see your point.

did anyone get all the colored rings that came with each issue? i work at a comic shop and brightest day flash #1 came out yesterday and they had an awesome flash ring, and from what i hear brightest day #1 not #0 will have a white ring with it!!! dont know if the rings will someday become valuable but i suggest trying to get them. everyone and their mommas fight for them when they come into the shop... i have an extra set if anyone wants to trade for peter parker mugg or an iron man sdcc mugg...let me know there are 8 rings total so far ...i dont know how to post pics but e-mail me at ryanart@aol.com and ill send you a pic of what they look like!!

YES those rings and the flash ring rock. I own all of them and i have 10 extra Red, Yellow, Black, and Green Rings. Also next month they are releaseing all 9 Rings only difference is they LIGHT UP!!!! for 60 bucks for the set. you can usually get a full set of the normal rings for 15 to 20 bucks.
