I see random Muggs all the time, with the exception of Thing and Venom, who I'm still trying to find. If I can help out anyone, lemme know.

I'm a North sider, around the Butler area. I check Castleton, Nora, Glendale and 38th st. stores all pretty regularly. Sounds like between the two of us we have most of the city covered.

Just got crazy lucky today and scored a Venom at Washington Sq. TRU which pretty well catches me up for Muggs. Found Thing at the North Comic Carnival Tuesday.

Just started with these guys a few weeks ago. Right now, I've been hardcore hunting, trying to find DC Universe Robin and Deathstroke figures, plus the Chase Sinestro and Deathstroke. Also DC Movie Masters stuff. Just need the Joker's Thug and the 2 Chase Batman figures.

If there's anything you're looking for, just let me know. I'll try to keep an eye out on my side of town. Always happy to help a fellow collector.

Yeah, tell me about it, craven. Never thought I'd find one until it got reissued. I guess they're sending out refresher cases of some older ones. Or TRU had a backlog at the distribution center and these have been there all year. That seems doubtful, though.

My neighbor actually found it for me while he was out looking for Movie Masters stuff.

just got back from a lunch time mugg hunt. Came home with Wolverine and SDCC Movie Iron Man. I went to AP Collectibles on Washington?Main St. in Plainfield. They only other one they had was the fertility Idol, but for $25. You can get it from hasbro for cheaper, shipping included. Then I went to a target across the street and found the wolverine, they also had a spidey (destroyed box), Captain America (good box, but a small paint smudge on his face), Dr. Doom (box was nearly perfect but was a tiny bit crushed) and as usual, hulk, mace windu, chewy and the Jones wave 1.

Next time you hit Target, can you check the DC Universe figures, if you know what tthose are. I've been feverishly trying to find a Deathstroke, Robin, and yellow Sinestro.

I'll see what I can find in Muggs for you- super cool that you got that movie IM, didn't even know about that store. They had Leia at the East side TRU two days ago and Leia/3PO at Walmart at 86th & Michigan a couple days before that.

And to answer your question, I'm at 20 Muggs right now, just started about a month ago. 9 SW, 9 marv, and 2 Indy's.

I didnt know about the collectible store either, the guy posted some stuff on Craigslist and said he had the IM. They dont regularly carry them, just the couple for the SDCC. Too bad I never make it to the north side....I woudl love to get teh leai and 3P0. Sounds like we have about the same number of muggs in the same number of each type! wierd.

Hey guys, just got into the Mugg thing today really, had to go grocery shopping today so here's my report:

Ninja, I replied in your wanted thread, but tonight the Wal-Mart on 86th (besides Sam's Club) had one C-3PO left as of tonight around 8:30 PM.

I went to the Wal-Mart on 86th and the one near Lafayette, as well as the Target on Michigan up in Carmel and the Meijer near 38th (close to the second Wal-Mart).

The Muggs start running together in terms of what is where, but I know for a fact I saw the following at some point tonight. Besides the 3PO, if there's any you're looking for, I'll try to dig deeper to remember which one was where:

Again, welcome! Not sure how much Mugg knolwede you have or what you want to collect but Cody is a rarity pretty much everywhere. I would snatch him up if I were you. You can make a few bucks on ebay with him if you wanted to sell him. Dooku came out in the newest wave of star wars and I have yet to see any of them on the southside.

As for this thread I just kept it up to date whenever I would go mugg hunting....but I havent heard from Grimace in a while, not sure where he went. If you looking for anything in particular let me know...I'll keep my eyes peeled on the southside adn westside.

Also if you could pick up the C3PO for me that would be sweet, I would either pay you or get something here for a trade.

Thanks for the welcome. I don't know much about rarities etc, just initially looking for the ones I want! I take it from other threads I've read that Venom is a much-sought after one?

The only ones I'm looking for are Darth Vader (are they all 4 eyes or are the later ones 2 eyes?) and Boba Fett. If I see another 3PO I'll pick it up for you just in case, it might be another day or two before I can go out that way. I'll keep you updated.

I primarily shop in the west to northeast corner of Indy (kinda 9 o'clock to 2 o'clock if you will), never have been southside or east as I just recently moved here in June.

If you buy several muggs at a time, you get a combined shipping rate. I bought 5 of them...shipping was 4.99+.99 a pound, came to like 7.50ish. Of course, shipping is high if you only get just one.

kinda. Its a collectible store. They mostly have star wars stuff. But they have all sorts of things. They have TONS of Medicom vinyl toys in stock. All the Cars cars,....you name it they got it. Just found out about the place a few weeks ago. I bought SDCC Iron man from them. got it for a few bucks cheaper then Ebay+shipping. nice to be able to go and pick it up. they also have the the fertility idol in hand but its a bit more then I want to pay. The owner went to the SDCC and bought tons of stuff. He just told me the other day he ordered pretty much all the pre-order stuff. cant wait till he gets it all in!! :)

Camby is the southside. Southeast on Kentucky Ave. off 465 towards Mooresville. There's a Meijer there and the biggest, most gigantic Walmart I've ever seen. The area's also called Heartland Crossing.

BTW- I picked up Wonder Woman last night, so I'm good on DCUC except for the chase figures.

I found Boba last night at TRU on the southside. sorry, but I had to get him for myself as I didnt have him yet and they only had one. They did still have a doc ock, solo, darth maul, obi wan, luke, hulk and spidey.

Let me know about that vader because If you want me to get him for ya, I have to go out of my way to get him. He is at the Target on Washington in plainfield.

I just found this site today and I'm glad to see so many Hoosiers! I'm in Southern Indiana, so I check around from Seymour to Louisville. I live in Scottsburg and this Walmart only carries the Indy and Star Wars Muggs, no Marvels, for some reason. Actually, it pretty much sucks for all toys, but I regularly check Seymour and I make it south every couple of weeks, so if there is something you can't find, let me know.

The SDCC Iron Man you will only find on line. I'll be honest, he is very worth it. Probably my favorite mugg. He just looks so cool.

On the west side and southside I have seen tons of the newest star wars wave at walmarts. the new Marvel wave was out for a while, now I cant seem to find them much anymore.

Made a mini-run of Targets tonight. Found a lot of interesting Muggs, but not the GI Joe's I was looking for.

Nora Target: Did have Duke and Cobra Commander, but Cobra's gray face had some scratches. Bought a Boba Fett for a friend, also had mask-less Darth Vader. Marvel-wise they had Wolverine and the silver Iron Man.

Michigan Rd Target in Carmel: No GI Joe's, had a lot of scattered Muggs. I believe they had Thing there.

38th St Target: Nothing special.

Meijer on 38th: Had another Darth Vader and Boba Fett. Actually had a nice variety of Star Wars Muggs, around 10 or so. Did pick up a Stormtrooper from here as well.

They had all the new Star Wars Target exclusives in stock except the snow trooper. Also had a 3PO.

Full run of the first 4 Joe's and a few random Marvel's but nothing major.

Meijer on 38th had a Boba Fett and a few random Star Wars Muggs and Marvels also but nothing major. Have never seen Joes here.

Neither place had any Transformers or Indy's.

Actually went to the TRU near Greenwood on 31 yesterday to do some shopping on the southside (had never been to that part of town before). They had all the Joe's (only one Snake Eyes left but at least 4+ of the other three), did not see any TF muggs or even a place for them on the shelf.

Also, don't bother with Meijer for Joes or TF, they seem to only carry the original lines.

Went to the Target in Nora Plaza off 86th yesterday and they had no Transformers muggs or even a place set out for them. Had all the Joes except Storm Shadow (multiples), the usual late wave Star Wars.

Went to the Target near Eagle Creek on 38th this morning and also had no Transformers or a price tag up. They had more Marvels and the usual Star Wars (had 1 C3PO left) and Cobra Commander and Duke.

Haven't had a chance to cross town to the TRU in Castleton, if anybody in town sees the TF Muggs at Target please let the rest of us know!

Still have not seen them in person at a store (even though I have a few through trades), but they did have a shelf tag at TRU in greenwood, but they were sold out last week. They supposedly get shipments in on Thursday and they will hold muggs, so call right when they open @ 10.

Apparently the Targets that don't have them on the shelf have them in the back, so I'll try again as I'll be back in that area again tomorrow.

Was in the area so went back to 38th street Target today and they had 1 fresh set of Transformer Muggs on the shelf. I bought the Prime and Soundwave which were the only ones I wanted.

I'm sure the other area Targets have finally put them on the shelves.
