And I thought it was ambitious of those who want an R2-D2! Hasbro probably won't make a Jabba but someone will probably customize one using the blank muggs that just became available. On a side note, your question had me thinking that they should definitely make a Bib Fortuna at some point.

I would buy a Jabba the mug for sure. He would be awesome looking for the Mugg Series. I would also Love to see a R2 cause he would be perfect If I could find a 3P0!

A customizer told me today that he's going to try to wrap his brain around a Jabba Mugg. Can't wait to see if he comes up with something. MW - I'll add a thread tomorrow with some suggestions for online / offline stores to find Muggs.

Jabba is pretty sweet. The one on ebay isnt bad. Nice detail on the head, about spot on.

I really liked the Jabba I saw on ebay. It looked pretty neat. The paint job was wonderful. Very realistic, and that is important to me. If I can't tell that it looks like what it is supposed to look like, I"m not so excited about it.

Wow! The one on ebay is pretty amazing. The head is really detailled and the arms look great. Jabba's body looks a little disproportioned but it is a great effort. I like that the legs are still present for support.

I did these a while ago before any wave confirmations so its pretty cool to see 3 of them were somewhat accurate predictions! You could pass off a cool Jabba by just using a skirt Mugg and painting the tail on the back or side using a 3D effect.

I dont think hasbro would make a Jabba becasue it would require a new sculpt to look decent and then they wouldn't be able to re-use the sculpt for any other characters. That wouldn't be very profitable for Hasbro.

Unless they offered a Jabba in smaller numbers at a con...like SDCC. Hint hint hasbro!

Yeah, but really dude, how far off do you think that Luke X-Wing is? It's like three button presses on the computer to change the paint job on the target biggs to a luke biggs down at the Chinese Hasbro factory. Cool mock ups, your Jabba would work if they found other characters they could use the body mold with...say sandman, hydroman...any melting, shape-shiting character...

I have made 2 custom Luke X-Wings....the first one was all painted usingt a Luke head and the other one I sed boggs body and put on a luke head. Had a custom helmet for the first one too.

I've actually seen a jabba mugg on these forums... it was pretty dope from what i remember. lots of sculpting.. for sure hasbro wouldnt do a jabba mugg
