Mega Man Mockup

I've got a lot of mugging (hehehe) to do in November! I've got to make a bunch of Muggs for Christmas presents. It's cheap and efficient!

Anyhow, my brother has always been obsessed with Mega Man 2. So I'm planning on making Megaman. I can't seem to get his eyes right, though. I want it to have a more 8-bit feel for the eyes, as opposed to giving him crazy anime eyes.

Suggestions?

Needs more mega buster. Also, I think his helmet needs to cover a bit more on the side of his face. Seems to have too much skin showing. Also, I'm not a fan of the eyes. Too big.

Word, I can't decide on the eyes. Every way I draw them is too cute. So I'll have to work on them a bit more. And good point about the helmet. Kudos.

And Nick, that one you linked to is pretty cool. I'll have to study it, but stay away from those big anime eyes :P
