Best thing I did this year was finaly get away from the banking profession. (wasn't completely my option) Only took about two months to find a new job after that. It was great!

Oh and finding Might Muggs and this forum, you guys are great and this is the first and only forum I have ever spent more then 10 minutes around!

Moved to Cali to get my masters in art(my dream since i was little) and i did it when everyone told me i would never be able to. lived it up for 3/4 of the year and moved back to indiana. first time in my life i made one of my dreams come true.

The greatest thing I've done all year is get my wife pregnant with our first child after 10 years of marriage. We didn't think it could happen so it is really a great surprise. We're having a boy who's due in early March and as I've stated in another thread, I'm already planning on passing down my mugg collection to him when he gets older.

For me the greatest thing I've done all year was joining a diet program with my wife. We both have lost over 30 pounds. I feel so much better. Now I just need the power to quit coffee.

I've buckled down and made school work a priority. I almost lost one of my scholarships last semester because I failed a class, but now I'm on track to make almost all A's this semester.

I also decided to put school in front of work this semester. While I don't have hardly any money now, I feel much less stressed out and the work load seems much more manageable. I realize now that I'll have plenty of time to make money when I graduate from college.

I kept my job in this down economy and actually got a raise which allowed me to have a little extra cash to buy Mighty Muggs and in turn find this forum filled with lots of awesome people!!!

The best thing I have done was go to Mammoth Lakes for a beer festival. Drinking mass amounts of good beer and dumping crap beer on the ground makes for a good time in my book.

Getting married to my beautiful wife. Getting a new job and becoming manager within a month. Helping out with numerous charities and volunteer work with the 501st legion. Oh and getting new clone armor for the 501st was cool as well.

Best thing i did this year was have a birthday party for my 1 year old son in november.
He is truly a blessing. After my wife was told she couldn't get pregnant we did IVF and on the second try after a miscarriage she had our son Deacon. He is awesome!

i'm with jason tech....i held on to my job in these rough times, and made enough money to support myself, my girlfriend, our son, my dog, and the son's cat. woot.

I donated a bunch of my toys that I bought over the years (sitting in my closet/garage) to Toys for Tots. Hopefully these kids will have the same joy of getting new toys during the Holiday season.

Best thing this year passed my GCSE's (UK exams), really important, got 4 A's, 4 B's and 2 C's.

Managed to get into college - where I am currently.

I Volunteered at a the Franklin & Marshals Children Center and taught kids from the ages 6-11 about art, They called me Mr. Matt, it was kinda cute. Made me feel good too, Its easy to captivate kids when you can wield a marker and draw they're favorite cartoon characters. It made me feel kind of old to, I was talking about all the Cartoons I enjoyed growing up and the only one they recognized was scooby doo, haha He's my favorite!

This year, I slowed down a bit, but also sped up. I enjoyed my political off year and the time with my family, and spent the time losing around 60 pounds and running my (first) half marathon. Pretty good year...

Greatest thing I did was quiting my old job because it was absolutely terrible and way against a lot of civil codes and stuff. I'm glad I'm free :) Oh and I'm glad I finally got into customizing too lol
