Why do you want to take it out? Just crack open both versions of Vader and swap the right arms.

I believe the lightsaber and hand is all one piece. You can't remove it. You have to cut it out.
I bought two v2 Vaders and replaced the right arm from one with the left arm from the other. Worked perfectly, but it's a little more expensive that way. :)

i dont have both versions, just bought a whole bunch of vaders cos they were cheap thinking the saber wasnt attatched :(
i actually do have 2 spare arms from a mugg i screwwed up, i'll just replace it with that.
p.s. are all the arms the same? i know the legs are specific

They should be, just make sure the patterns match up.

Alright, it may be useless to ask for this if you consider the amount of work it represents but lets try it anyway.Would someone be kind enough to spend some hours ('cause I guess it takes hours to modelize a lightsaber handle, am I right?) trying to build one or two models for me?
Thanks.

I promise you it is possible to remove his lightsaber from his hand. I bought 2 vaders for 2 bucks online...and then when I got it i realized the saber was attached also...BUT if you look at my Travis Touchdown mugg, you can see I removed the lightsaber. It took a good couple of hours to cut it out of his hand, but it was worth it in the end. Now he has a rotating hand and I can switch out his weapon. Dunno if i'll do it again though, i got lotsa cuts from not being safe with a knife >.<
