Spoke with a Toy Rocket Inc. sales rep in SoCal today, stated to me that " We are going bankrupt, and toys will be 50% off ".....check em out. Will when I get home later. Cant at work, dammn boss has a block on everyfreaknthing on the web...Xcept MMF! lol...

Should we be worried at all about them going out of business? I had a couple items that were back ordered Ms Marvel statue????

heard the same type of concern on the Spawn.com board...
all may be concerned if ya get the items ordered.

Also- I won an item from them on e-bay & they were trying to charge me $58 shipping.

You should have noticed how much the shipping charge was before you placed you bid. I won something from them on eBay as well and was only charged $7.95 shipping.
