Figures I've waited tolong to do my first.

Do any of you remove the head/arms of the Mugg before priming it?

Is it better to do the parts separately & then put them back together?

I would suggest leaving mugg intact, and not trying to take apart before priming. I took some apart, and if you boil then take apart. You can boil to long, and the parts melt together.

We Never take them apart either... Just put a couple of light coats of Primers on... moving the arms and head in between the coats. Then paint away... :)
