Hello:
I am curious if there is any definitive info on when the wave 5 figures should be hitting shelves?

Also, the TRU exclusives. When are they supposed to land.

And 3rd. Has anyone heard any rumors on the figures for wave 6?

I am always afraid that I will get into a collection, and buy up everything and then they end the series. I got burned so many times with DC Direct figures. I would start buying a series, and then they would stop producing the series after wave 2.

I have all the current Marvel Muggs figures except the ones that have not come out yet (obviously...duh.). I am afraid that this will burn out also. They seem to be very slow in releasing info about upcoming releases.

Hasbro has released a ton of the Super Hero Squad figures, so I am hoping that Muggs will be as prolific.

Thanks :)

I would bet the Marvel Series is going to go on for awhile. It seems very popular and I can think of so many characters they have not touched yet (Daredevil!). They haven't really dug into the X-Men yet either.

after extensive googling.
i have found nothing on wave 6. Im assuming the punisher muggs will come out either in the beginning of the month. or the end of november. to coincide with the release of punisher war zone, the movie comes out december 5, so im thinking their going to try and hype up promotion sometime before. You can wait and see whenever the punisher previews begin airing they will come out. im going to TRU tomorrow to see if they have them

as for discontinuing marvel, highly doubtful. the movies created a new market for kids too look for super hero anything. just look at the amount of the dark knight stuff out there. Mighty muggs are here to stay. lol

thats funny, i absolutely loved wave 4 despite the re-issue of wolverine. i think this goes to show that there is something for everyone and that is what makes mighty muggs so great to collect. i currently feel that mighty muggs are doing strong (see: this forum, the lounge, youtube) and will continue to do so for the extended future.

As far as wave 6, a member on another mugg forum found some scu#'s in the Walmart system for Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Sabretooth, along with Revan and Maul who are due next in the Star Wars line. Other than that, there are no other rumors or confirmed characters. Take it for what you will =)

I'm hoping this is true because X-Men needs more love. It's a shame they waited until the sixth wave to make more than just Wolverine IMO. Though I think they should have only had one or two X-Men in this wave and two more characters from other franchises. Like Daredevil or Blade.

yeah, the punisher ones were slated for nov release back at the SDCC, so it still look like its on that pace...just keep a look out, once TRU sets up there little dedicated section to the movie, im sure the muggs will b there with it, id assume its sooner in the month than later

I imagine they will rerelease alot of their popular characters every few waves...

I'm assuming people who are just now getting into muggs wish they could get the guys from series one etc

well i have no idea, they were pretty sure. and i checked a different target today but they didnt have it. but ill check the one i was told to go to. i know its a TRU exclusive but i think itd be bad ass if they did. although i dont get it. punisher is gonna be such a violent movie, its just wierd to see TRU sell it.

then again their coming out with a punisher cartoon ahha.
