Switching heads

whats the beat method for swapping heads on muggs...I.E. putting a luke skywalker head on a stormtrooper?

If they are both the old-style, thick vinyl heads, you can just heat them up in water or with a hair dryer, and pry them off. getting them back on is a pain, but can be done.

If they are the new thin plastic heads you'll have to take them apart.
