First you need
1 pair of wooden chopsticks (The kind you need to break apart)
1 roll of electrical tape.
2 pop tabs, off of a soda can.
First, get your chop sticks and break them apart.
Then, tape around the top of the chopsticks, right above where you broke them apart, until it fits in the Mugg's hands.
After that, get the 2 pop tabs, and line them up to make the part above the katana. This may take some time to line up and tape.
Then, attach the pop tab cover to the katana.
Cut the chopsticks to the appropriate height at5 the top, and then cut off the bottom block.
